Not sure we understand the question. It will be best to ask Interactive Brokers this question. Whatever you specify for the multiplier in the overall symbol is exactly what is provided to Trader Workstation in the option contract specification.

So you have no restriction there. You are not limited to what the documentation specifies. The exchange field is a free-form field that can be set to anything.

That way the technical support would not need to waste time and energy tending to posts that are hidden because the user could not delete it like in this situation.
